  1. I tried for 3 hrs to print out our boarding passes . I called numerous times try as I may I could not get the help I needed. I gave my name, confirmation numberQBK33N, my email and my password. I even joined the rewards program to get a rewards number. I requested a new password. What does one have to do to :1) Speak to a person,2) get clear instructions 3) m
    Have a web sight that works.

  4. I have been sending e-mail to cancel my 9club membership. Nobody answers to my e-mails… Nor the tel. Numbers from outside of the USA where I am at the moment. Please give me a clue what to do…

  6. If I wanted to talk to live human being, it is practically impossible. This airline’s website and booking tickets is disgraceful. My number is 410 924 1027. I don’t expect anybody to reply, but so far my experience with this airline has been horrible.

  12. on December 13th, 2014 between 9 – 11 am. I tried to ask the lady who run the arrivals office of Spirit airlines in Chicago O’Hare. Before she even understand my question she told me “get out the office, I don’t know, I don’t have time”
    customer service means respect, listen and help customers not treated them in this slavery manner.
    no doubt such worse customer service has a negative impact on the company.
